The location is a 19.3 km long, natural cave system, situated mostly under the boundaries of Budapest.  No previous caving experience is needed, however during the tour the participants will have to crawl, scramble or squeeze through tight spots many times. We recommend this activity mainly to those in good physical condition.  The tours are professionally supervised and all the necessary equipment - overalls, helmets with headlights are provided.  We recommend you wear a tracksuit or sports clothing and comfortable trainers or hiking boots.

This activity is well suited for additional team building exercises.  The real labyrinth system and nature of the activity offer a special challenge and team-work from all the participants is needed throughout the tour.   Improvisation and lateral approaches to the physical obstacles will be needed to counter the uncharacteristic nature of the situations your team will find themselves in.  Positive leadership skills may become apparent as group awareness, sense of orientation, strength, dexterity and problem solving abilities are all needed.

All the teams are supervised by professional, English speaking caving guides.
