Shooting with historical guns and model cannons Print E-mail
ImageThis unusual shooting program is ideal for those stag or team building groups who are interested not just in expanding their knowledge on early military warfare technology but have a real desire to try these bygone weapons of war themselves. The program is held 80km from Budapest in an old fortress that historically never been be captured by any conqueror and its known in Hungary as the “Impregnable fortress”.

The program starts with visiting the fortress and after on the shooting range the participants can shoot with old handguns and Muskets (gunpowder will be poured into the barrel and packed in traditional style) and also with the model cannons.  Trained and experts will familiarize you with the safety rules and with the most important information regarding the black (gun) powder firearms. They will supervise the entire shooting activity.  The participants will experience effectively the early military engineering. As part of the program the participants will compete with each other individually or in teams for the title of  “Best rifleman of the day”(Sharpshooter)  or “Best team of the day”.
During the day we will serve you cold cuts and soft drinks.
At the end of the activity the participants will be served a traditional meal of:

  • Pancake filled with curd cheese mousse, topped with sour cream
